Meet The Founder and CEO
Key strengths of Paul and the business include leadership, strategic business development, identifying/monetising opportunity, relationship management and operational management.
Away from business, Paul is a proud husband, dad of three, veteran Hyrox athlete/charity fundraiser and sports nut - particularly cricket, football and boxing.
Paul founded Caruso after completing an MBO and successful exit of insurance broker FMW Group in 2000 - delivering a c40x return on equity.
As an experienced, creative and agile business leader/entrepreneur with a track record of building long term profitable relationships and value with business partners and clients alike, Caruso’s interests have diversified over the last couple of decades into the multi-disciplinary consultancy that it is today.
